Are people implying their young children are choosing a religion for themselves? I think its pretty obvious that they just go with their parents until they have critical thinking skills. Even if you’re an atheist, you are passing it on to your child until they can choose for themselves.

My parents claim I chose it, so yeah, people actually believe that. I’m an atheist, I was just brainwashed into believing I was Catholic.
