I think it has something to do with the nature of creative work. If we didn’t have some system in place to compensate creatives over time then people in creative jobs couldn’t afford to live between employment opportunities.
At least then we’ll be closer to first contact…oh but WW3.
Is there a way to teach kids these subjects through a sort of communicative negative space? So you can still be following the letter of the law but not the spirit of it.
That’s not good for business.
Can we not normalize subsidizing teachers salaries. They should be fighting for higher pay or for schools to provide these things for them. Edit: sorry didn’t read the title, apparently we’re in agreement.
