Oooh, i misunderstood you at first. I 100% agree, I have unsubbed from some subreddits before because they kept posting tweets of “haters” as if that’s noteworthy in any way.

I want to agree, but there is something to be said about the influence of social media on an average person. One reason I was really anxious about the election was whenever I saw shitload of likes on tweets that were straight up lies.

Reddit - becoming more and more like a typical social media website with profile customizations and instant messaging.

Netflix - ads and now only limited to one household.

Chrome - might be the bloatiest of all chromium based browsers

I use Firefox, even on iOS where it’s kinda bad, but I will defend Edge and say that I hate these memes of chrome being better than edge when that has not been the case for a very long time. When edge switched to chromium, it was just straight up better and lighter than chrome, I would even argue that it was good before going chromium too, but was just missing a lot of popular addons.

I am legit debating about quitting my job because my supervisor (in NJ) said that he didn’t vote because he didn’t like either candidates, he felt his Christian values were not embodied by either of the candidates. I just wanted to be like “bitch, how about at least vote against someone who spits at those values”. Up until now I respected him, I thought he was knowledgeable at work and just assumed that he would be knowledgeable about outside world too.

How common was voter purge this time around? Could it have impacted people who voted early?

I don’t remember the exact complain, but I think I said something about battles taking too long and someone ratio’d me with a comment “skill issue”

I feel like I’m not good with words, so when I criticize popular things like Baldur’s gate 3 or Witcher 3 I usually get downvoted

Unity had a rough launch, but that was the most “assassin” feeling assassin’s creed imo

Live tiles, groove music player and cross buy apps were great and I took full advantage there
