Pretty much agreed. Also the mysogyny thing was part of a list and not the emphasis.

Same.
While i believe they would have the resources to do this technically, i think voter suppression from the right, the failures in the biden/harris whitehouse, and plane old racism/misogyny is a rather solid argument.
The lack of leaks from these absolute colanders is really hard to believe.
Technically he’s always been independent but primaried for office under a democratic ticket.
So fair? The dems still use him in this way and he is a close enough ally to be synonymous. Unless there’s more recent news?
Would it matter which?
The DNC insiders clearly have no intention of letting the public have a voice in the party. Having a couple socialists around is supposed to secure the vote from the left. Neither Sanders nor AOC(nor other progressives) are leaving the party anytime soon.
It’s fair to argue that splitting the party means losing to the right but the current strategy doesn’t seem to be working out either.
Is it common for ibuprofen to not really help? With physical pain it does nothing for me. It kind of helps with head aches sometimes. I use it maybe a couple times a year, so it’s not tolerance.
If you’re in severe pain oxy doesn’t really get you high. At least not more than adrenaline. Just kills the pain and otherwise makes you feel fine.
IV dilaudid was the good stuff. I’m glad it was only during my hospital stay though. They sent me home with tons of oxy. Took it as prescribed a couple weeks before deciding I’d rather be able to have a beer and a functional colon.
I do get why people get addicted to the stuff though. Kills emotional pain right along with the physical.
Just depends on the manufacturer. Unless you’re comparing with different people from the same bottle.
Yeah, too glitchy (missing functionality) with wine and the cloud services are unreliable if working at all. Work stuff so gotta use it 🫠
While FreeCAD has made huge leaps forward it’s just not there yet, and it may never be what’s needed to replace windows exclusive CAD software.
I’m stuck with the windows second boot, for better or worse, unless i change profession.

Sorry, i meant in the classical form of bernoulli’s equation it’s been a while. It’s common for people to suggest the wing is half a venturi, then try to apply 1DOF algebraic equations which don’t work here.
Crazier to think 60tons of air being pushed down 10m/s^2 (or whatever equivalent mass/acc you want to think with) to keep it up there.
Keep this handy for this situation… https://www.grc.nasa.gov/WWW/k-12/VirtualAero/BottleRocket/airplane/wrong1.html
See #3. Wings are not constrictions in a tube.
Build community. Volunteer at local organizations such as food bank or mutual aid, or just get your friends together and do something weird like a free public picnic in the park. It’s a lot of fun, you meet lots of cool people. And you make a community more able to resist and protect.
Also stock up on several weeks of food and goods. You’ll want to share when disaster happens.
Eh, almost every state has some key business headquartered or infrastructure deeply invested in it. Oregon has Intel, Nike, and several others I’m forgetting. The Bonneville power administration also supplies a significant portion of power to Seattle and California. Oregon may not be as significant, but it’s critical to California’s ability to be such.
That statistic makes sense when considering less of the liberal and/or left turned out while the right held their numbers. Guess the right is more effective at getting their youth to participate in the system while the left in this age range are more disenfranchised every generation.
Billionaires lost their fear of publicly supporting fascism.
Im mainly angry at ACA for the exact reasons you present here. Many benefited from it but the people i spent the most time around people who still couldn’t access care. Healthcare must be universally free to be meaningful.
That said it did benefit people. Just not what it needed to be.
Oh yeah the way they did bernie dirty destroyed enthusiasm and that echos even today. The dems showed they don’t care for a populist movement.
Im not saying give up. Just be real and listen to what trump and the right is saying. They don’t shroud their intent anymore. They say it up front. Dictator day one.
We won’t see a restoring change come from a political party. Whether the goal is pushing the current political structures left or superceding them it must come from popular mobilization.
This is so real. It takes a LOT of effort and time to train this out. If someone isn’t willing to go through that then it makes sense that it would fester.
I had lots of times when i was younger learning about queer culture when i got mad at things. Especially after an overly polite and patient person took the time and effort to explain something to me. Unlearning hate is painful. Learning to liberate yourself is painful.
I think a lot of people feel that pain and decide to run from it and double down on the hate because that way they don’t need to learn and change or pry open their mind to an alternative.
Then there’s the whole fear of conflicting with your own community as a factor.
