    I always drank tap water during my stay in Medellín, Colombia and was perfectly fine.

      Okay, let’s rephrase: Countries where it’s more or less guaranteed that unsafe levels of contamination in tap water will trigger some sort of official action that fixes that.

      Wait, why are the US on that map?

        Besides Flint and all the fracking in California, I think for the majority of people, tap water is ok.

              That´s good to hear.

              A shame it took 5 years though and the fact that it happened at all is terrible.

              And no, I very much doubt they have better water.
