By “better for you”, they mean compared to lard. Which, is the proper pie ingredient if all reason is abandoned in pursuit of the old ways.

Don’t make the original recipe McDonald’s fries. You won’t be able to eat any fast food fries again because they’re all trash by comparison.

The problem with butter is it is often high in both salt and saturated fat. It is heart attack food.

Pure butter is not bad. I would put some in my coffee to keep me full longer. Sometimes I can get all the way to dinner with just a coffee.

It’s funny, but marketing is the absolute backbone of American eating habits.

I’m sure it’s fine I wheeze as a shift my enormous weight.

I know people don’t want to hear this but you could stop drinking soda and eat healthier. I know that’s easy to say but it is non the less true.

I think it comes down to choices of parents being passed down to children. I could be wrong about this but after thinking about for a while that’s the conclusion I came to.

Oh, I don’t drink soda. I was more remarking on the general obeseness of the US.

I get the personal responsibility argument, but if the majority of a nation is having the same issue, I think it might point to a larger issue. Rim shot
