No not all Debrid services are under the same jurisdiction. The reason this has been a topic lately is because most of these services have been hoisted out of France specifically. And the French are extremely strict when it comes to copyright and DMCA, to the extent that they actively hunt down the individuals hosting such services through their social media. So essentially just need to stay away from countries hosting their services through France as it’s more likely to get shut down.
