Propaganda is monopolistic, and coming from State itself, that we could argue is different. But the whole list in the meme has differences. Yet, the parallelism is eerily pointing to outcome similarities…

Propaganda doesn’t imply facism (elimination of opposing, or any other, opinion.)
Propaganda is monopolistic, and coming from State itself, that we could argue is different.
