He’d have to have predicted that trump would win and started doing that in 2021. The president doesn’t have unlimited power. The supreme court only said the president and former presidents can’t be punished for crimes, not that they have said power to commit such crimes. Biden would still have to find a yes-man to do his bidding. The military leans conservative, law enforcement leans conservative. What is Biden supposed to do?
