Reliable tutorial on side loading games on Deck?

I like the steam deck, but I have many physical copies of PC games, any good way to install these? Ideally without internet access. Thanks!

What do you mean with sideloading? You just install the games, it’s a Linux computer.

These are not enforced, but they are encouraged.
