To reproduce this, go look at the latest update notes in GitHub from settings. Then go back and look at a community from the search tab. Pull down. It might take a couple pulls, but it’ll show eventually.
To get rid of the issue relaunch the app.

This happens on other PWAs as well. Noticed when my gf was over this weekend on the home assistant pwa.
Seems to be an apple/webkit bug.

And it’s really annoying because it blocks scrolling while it’s there.

I experienced this after clicking an external link to bbc.co.uk. After closing the article I was still left with a banner for their bbc sounds app.
Forc close the app and it’ll go away.
