It’s my personal instance and I set it up that way to block anyone who is not me. To be honest, I’m not sure how it plays out for people externally. Does this prevent you from seeing the link I posted? I did this so I don’t have to serve high bandwidth costs from my personal instance (and also there was that attack a while back where baddies managed to make Lemmy instances cache pedo images). if it’s a problem I can figure something else out.
Sidenote, I hate how Lemmy pictrs works and I wish I didn’t have to cache images locally

Yeah I just have a broken image link when viewing it on the Voyager iOS Lemmy app.
Edit: the link does work when I view it through Lemmy.world in browser.
