minus-squareBurnt@lemmy.onelinkfedilinkarrow-up5·1 year agoYou also shouldn’t overcrowd the pan or else you’ll steam the meat rather than brown it. In my experience, it’s difficult to brown more than 1lb of ground meat in a 10" stainless skillet.
