I would argue that’s an issue of perspective, were I to post things that are hypercritical of western propaganda on world, I would be and have been banned there too. Managing propaganda is not the same thing as the claims made above.

Nowhere in that link was there claims that only the state has a monopoly on violence.

Edit: And I have absolutely been critical of Russia on their communities. As for the China critiques, I imagine they’re tired of the same western propaganda ad nauseum

  • That’s the rub,

You think government is inherently bad. I think they, and us by reflection are a product of their material conditions. Governments are a reflection of a people’s relationship with material. IE - America says “Greed is Good” Ergo we get the corporate profits over people shitfest we have now. The first step towards breaking that hold is education and organization at a community level. So that is where I focus.

I could get into a big lecture/discussion about Dialectical Materialism, the conditions requiring a vanguard, how that vanguard should be defined ect. ect. ect, how we as a people work to stop capitalist vampirism and “corporatism” (capitalism in a trench coat) - but I don’t think that would help.

Alternatively, I could pull the typical Tankie “Read theory” at this point (and I do think that is what is needed for us to continue this conversation, but I admit it’s a copout that doesn’t really give you a good starting point. Really though the first 2 pages of the manifesto would give you the gist of what I’m trying to say here.)

So, where do we go from here? - If you have a suggestion, I would be happy to talk more.

  • EDIT: The post above this was just saying that I was trying to “No u” him, but he called me a bad name, so the mod tagged it, just for context. To be fair, I am saying that it happened and happens in many cases, so I can see the argument, I just think it’s inaccurate.

We both do. I just don’t hide from that fact and work to minimize the damage.

  • I don’t support any killings.

Clearly you do. You support a world order that can only survive on exploitation of the global south and developing world. So yes. You do.

You can pretend all you want. But you benefit from those killings you don’t speak out against. That is tacit support.

We can and should do everything we can to minimize suffering. You want to bury your head in the sand about the killing and suffering needed to support your lifestyle.
