On one hand, his entire ideology and what he said he wants to do was extremely hateful and even someone who didn’t think further into it should have seen that. They voted for him for at least that, deporting immigrants and all that. On the other hand, the rise of fascism is a sytemic issue caused by capitalism. It happens every time the economy isn’t doing well, that’s why people suddenly started voting for the NSDAP (Hitler’s party) too. We’re supposed to just write down our favorite party (that we select based on random information we’ve seen on social media once or who looks the coolest) on a piece of paper every few years, so we feel like we’re participating and we can spend the rest of our time working for the rich and consuming their products. We’re not supposed to actually take part in how our country is run. We don’t have any say in the economy anyway, that’s decided by people who just so happened to get rich and the people we elect to act in our interest just get bought out by the rich too.

I don’t remember my dreams very well in general, so I don’t remember hearing sound in them either but I’m pretty sure I can hear sound. Somehow I’m able to talk with people in my dreams, after all. When it comes to smell, I have no idea, I don’t remember smelling anything in my dreams at all.

I think hearing and smell might just be things we simply don’t remember well from dreams. We get the vast majority of information from what we see, so that’s the first thing we’d remember. The only times I remember feeling something in dreams is when I got stabbed with needles, shot and that one time I dreamed that I smoked when I was a kid (even though I’ve never done that before). The reason I remember those is just that they left an impression of some sort. With hearing or smell, I think it just doesn’t leave an impression or is special in any way, so we simply don’t remember it.

Not to mention that we’re also able to grow enough food to feed 70 Billion animals, not because we need to do that to survive but just because we think it tastes better

In a ponzi scheme, the profits go up to the person at the top and you always need new people that come in, otherwise the whole thing will fall apart and the people at the bottom will be the ones that suffer. Under capitalism however, the profits of everyone’s work will go up to the top and you always need new workers to come in, otherwise the system will fall apart and the people at the bottom will suffer.
