All commercial AIs are filled with censorship. What’s interesting about it is learning what different societies think is worth censoring and how they censor it.

I made a mistake: point three was dripping with sarcasm, so I followed with a line meant to highlight this, but I unthinkingly wrote it in the same highly sarcastic manner.

I have no idea what you’re trying to infer. Please tell me this isn’t a prelude to “all racism has some truth to it”.

Things that break immersion for some gamers:

1. Main character isn’t a white cishet male

2. NPCs that don’t reinforce the primacy of white cishet males

3. Acceptance of non-cis/het people in a story involving fantasy creatures that is otherwise totally believable, well-written, and, above all, where only this scene is clumsily delivered (and not the fact the supporting character’s hat appears to be a folded bird)

No sarcasm in the third point at all. (Edit: That’s more sarcasm where I’m indicating I’m being sarcastic in point three)

I’m disabled and definitely have a “year round tan”. I work, but the bulk of my recent experience is extremely specific to state and federal law/practices. My wife isn’t disabled, is lilly white, and works, but almost ALL her experience is working with US municipalities. We’re definitely not rich.

It might be doable, we’re at least taking a stab at leaving the US.

That sounds great, but I suspect The Netherlands wouldn’t welcome me with open arms. Until then, I’m stuck in 'Murica.

I need you to know that I laughed so hard because of your comment that I dropped food bits, causing our everpresent begging cat and two dogs to rush for it, leading to a derpy scuffle. I laughed even more because our cat weighs less than 1/30th of either of the dog’s weights but was aggressively knocking their faces out of the way while she’s slamming down the pulled pork I dropped, leading me right back to this commentary.
