I assume, you use certbot for certificate management. In its documentation the option --http-01-port is stated which defaults to 80, the http port, which shall be reachable for the certificate generation procedure. Hence, I assume, this should be specified according to your needs.

As I understand, the naked eye limit is the limit in which we can see distinct stars and not just a bright blurr. E.g. the centre bulge is visible from the southern hemisphere is outside the naked eye radius in the map.
