I am the developer of the Photon client. Try it out

Hey how did you get my world 😡😡
Can confirm. AAAAAAAAAAAAA (peaked 39c today)
Why not?
Same happens for me on gboard.
Photon has complete moderator capabilities, what’s missing?
Photon is available for any instance at https://phtn.app.
Alexandrite is available for any instance at https://alexandrite.app.
I don’t like when instances will host photon for anything other than the default interface, as then it’s just a more limited, outdated version of photon and another point of failure.
I dont know if youtube has h264 support
Even as the dev I feel this about photon, i spend so much time messing with dark theme’s colors just to end up preferring light mode anyway
It could be that it’s playing in a codec that your mobile browser doesn’t support like av1 or something. Not sure though, is this happening with every video?
Can it auto detect when a website supports dark theme? Otherwise I noticed that it will ruin the colors of sites already in dark theme
Wow, the new FCC law made comcast raise my generous 10Mbps upload to 25Mbps! It’s $80/mo for this shit.
i played valorant then tried cs2 and preferred that, and as a benefit it runs on linux
MBFC of all things.
man probably said a slur, got his comment removed, and now dedicates his time to complaining about it
Other instances have updated just fine, the most common issue being nginx header buffers being too low.
I contacted them about it.
hello fellow client dev
I don’t understand what this means. There are no redirect calls at all in photon other than for /comment urls, and certain layouts.
I need to add language settings to communities and profiles. I really dislike how lemmy handles this though.
If you change it in lemmy-ui, it will propagate to Photon because it’s an account wide setting.
