  • I’m afraid I can’t remember too many episode titles off the top of my head, but you’ve definitely picked two of my favorites in How Hermes Requisitioned His Groove Back and The Problem with Popplers. I can’t remember the plots of your other listings, but I probably love them too.

I’d have to add on The Devil’s Hands are Idle Playthings. Magnificent episode with one of the cleverest titles I can think of.

  • I have an ongoing theory that every time you locate what you’re looking for in a Microsoft project, a random number generator determines if it will be moved, and where to

My god all these admin centers and their old and new versions. Four places to do any one thing and maybe one of them has documentation that’s up to date.

There are at least three locations to disable user accounts. Two of them require a setting of “True” and the third one “False”. Drives me mad.

  • I don’t think it could ever add up to a significant amount without the whole planet doing so. Not using the services today sends a measurable number of people who are behind the strike, instead of just most likely making it a very successful day numbers-wise.

  • I have a big problem with internal validation. This makes most singleplayer experiences pretty meaningless to me. Antidepressants help, but only to an extent.

As a kid/teen, I only wanted to do online pvp. As I’ve gotten a bit older, I’ve found a lot not enjoyment out of coop. There’s still some competition, like dps charts in a raid, but it’s mostly the feeling of overcoming a challenge as a team that I look for now.

And as others have said, online coop is king. Love me some asymmetrical puzzle games.

  • For the comedic value, have you tried He Who Fight With Monsters? It’s my most reread series by far, and is what I always give people after Carl.

Cradle is the other big one. The first half of book one is a bit of a hump for me, similar to reading Kal’s perspective in Way of Kings, but it picks up fast. The audiobook is magical; just about anything read by Travis Baldree is worth the time.
