Buy some cotton gloves - anytime you’re in a situation where you know you might pick, wear them. This has worked very well for me (nail biter).

Mayonnaise because it goes with everything. You can add flavour to mayonnaise. It’s the most versatile of the condiments.

Nice job! I’ve recently gotten back into this but on my phone, it’s a great game to pick up and play whenever. Currently have beaten the game with the first three characters, working on the fourth (she seems really tough, I’m struggling to generate enough block to survive long enough a lot of the time). She’s super fun though.
