Now that’s just comically evil. Who designed this system, Spez?
I, for one, welcome our new Iberian overlords
This was originally just a map of the Great Lakes system. Someone added Baikal and Titicaca to it later for comparison.
Gerrymandering goes brrr
The thing is, there’s just so much stuff on Steam that even if you only care about the crème de la crème (hell, even if you only care about a specific genre), you’ll still find yourself with a wishlist longer than you’ll possibly have the time to play. I often go “ZOMG! STEAM SALE!!!” so in my case it’s slowly becoming a backlog but I do intend to play everything I buy.
Your words do not hurt me, I’m already used to being a diappointment.
The title of the song Why Don’t You by Gramophonedzie. I heard the song playing on radio a long time ago, probably probably around the time it came out in 2010. I didn’t know the lyrics nor the artist and eventually forgot about the song. Then, many years later, I heard people saying good things about a certain Fallout: New Vegas and decided to play it to see what the big deal was. Well, the game has radio stations you can tune in and to my surprise the original song by Peggy Lee which Gramophonedzie remixed is in there. I heard it and instantly thought “…wait, could it be that song?” Well, it was, and I have to thank F:NV for that cause I don’t think I’d ever have found that song otherwise.
What’s the point of paying for YouTube Premium if you get ads anyway?
As far as I’m aware, the big “problem” with Mastodon (and the Fediverse as a whole) is that you have to choose an instance to join. It’s an aditional step that mainstream social media does not have and it’s already enough to push regular people away. It’s kinda like trying to convince a Windows user to jump ship to Linux, by the time you begin explaining what a distro is you’ve already lost them.
Only if you assume a person can’t possibly have different political views from their parents’. It’s certainly more difficult, I’ll give you that, but it does happen.
Huh, I thought this would be about a new device. I guess Anbernic’s release schedule has spoiled me.
It was, indeed. The group has grown a lot since then but the original name has stuck.
That doesn’t mean much. Iran and Saudi Arabia also are in it and they hate each other.
And just for the sake of completion, yes, it also has an Epic store page.
My friend down the street had an LX back in '83. It was an amazing device but sadly way too ahead of its time.
You mean r/SubredditSimulator? I miss that place, it was funny as hell.
They opened up a genre of gaming to people that would have never even considered it.
Can confirm, that was my case. Before this game the closest thing to a turn-based CRPG I had played was KOTOR, now I’ve already purchased DOS:2 and I’m looking forward to Larian’s next title.
Were they? Last year they had Mario and Zelda and the year before they had Elden Ring. This year doesn’t feel particularly strong.
