What a weird game/premise.

It definitely has applications in defense/Intel spaces. Knowing where a photo was taken can be really useful info.
The issue is it’s going to be trained only on places people go. My understanding is that most geolocating systems are more focused on the uncommon or less traveled locations. Maybe I’m wrong, but I guess they’re probably tested it out before announcing it.
It would make you the least patient, but “Prince of Persia: Lost Crown” is one of the best metroidvanias I’ve ever played. It is old enough now where it is on sale occasionally.
It’s in the article, it was his friend Joel Greenberg who was charged with a number of crimes, including trafficking the girl tied to Gaetz.
DeSantis though, had pictures taken of him while drinking with high school girls he was teaching at the time (only added this cause I confused this one with Gaetz). I love snopes mentions the girls were probably 18 because it was right before graduation, as if no one was born in the summer / non seniors wouldn’t ever be at a graduation party.

I feel like one of those isn’t like the others
Seems I need to read up more on the specifics of MMT. It feels like you keep contradicting yourself between your posts, but maybe I’m just missing something?
You seem to know a lot about him to forget it wasn’t just about having sex with a minor, he was being investigated for sex trafficking a minor across state lines - https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/justice-department/matt-gaetz-s-ex-girlfriend-testifies-grand-jury-sex-trafficking-n1287352
Is that right? I thought the general notion is that demand outpacing supply causes inflation. Doesnt printing money inherently increase demand? That’s why the Fed raised interest rates to fight inflation in the US, it slows money down by making things more expensive (in simplistic terms).
I’ve used them games that are more point and click (like strange horticulture).
Every senate/house seat the Democrata win makes it all the harder for Republicans to pass any significant legislation.
Just look at what happened with both Trump and Biden. Slim majorities in both house and senate led to a lot of legislation getting killed. Just recall how long it took the house to pick a speaker, while Republicans may have a majority it doesn’t mean they can weild it.
Maybe I’m not aware of similar configurations you can do, but it’s only sorta it’s own container. VSCode can actually directly connect to it automatically so you can develop in host os but run directly against the container. Additionally this means some visualization/gui interfaces can be visible on the host side (this is a gift and a curse).
So you basically have system integrated containers/vms. It’s not perfect, but it is definitely leagues better than what windows development was prior and may have some advantages over Linux only deployments (not sure if the system integrations are feasible in Linux hosts).
You should really read up on things like H1B visas then. They were for skilled workers and still got abused in a variety of ways including to suppress wages and get more or less indentured workers. I know places like GameStop loved them because the person would basically forfeit their visas if they quit so could abuse them more than a regular worker.
The more power an employer has over a worker and the less rights people who live in the country have, the worse it will be in general.
I’m surprised this wasn’t mentioned more. Unlike a lot of the other games, the world feels a bit more centered around magic. Also if you’re a fan of Harry potter it does a good job of capturing that setting (in my opinion).
I’ve been saying this since it released. Cool mechanics, but boring world and gameplay. I’m still a bit salty about the loss of real dungeons, nothing in BOTW or TOTK feel as memorable as the previous games.
With jupyter notebooks in a devops perspective you could just build a process to export the notebooks to standard py files and then run them.
There are actually a lot of git hooks that will actually expoet/convert .ipynb to .py files automatically since notebooks don’t work great with git.
Another thing I haven’t seen mentioned is its one of the last places open late anymore. I live close to a city, but if I need to grab something late (9:30+) fast food is about the only place open.
Did they actually do that with Leisure Suit Larry? Cause that’s kinda funny.
Yeah, not sure I would listen to this guy. Setting up a venv for each project is about a bare minimum for all the teams I’ve worked on.
That being said python env can be GBs in size (especially when doing data science).
Im pretty sure that was just marketing talk, as the original DS could play GBA games.
