I use his site all the time! Took a while to get the hang of where to find stuff but most important links and data is all there.

The amount of insane content on that site is astounding. It was kinda nice how fast the plain HTML pages loaded though.

Wish it was like that everywhere. Quite a few businesses treat vacation the same as PTO. The outlier being holidays which sometimes is just the 1 day of the holiday and not enough for a vacation.

Honestly I said that from my toilet. But the point is that businesses that tend to say no to their employees about PTO normally aren’t operating in a way that gives employees the freedom to have a life outside of work. Sure, there’s the odd chance that it’s not the case, but more often than not this is what happens.

The hypocrisy IMO comes from the act of “oh well I couldn’t give you the time off, you took it anyways, so you’re fired.” Which I get from a business perspective bc the employee went against the schedule, but why not find ways to not let your team get to that point. Most small businesses don’t even offer PTO to begin with.

Creating an unhealthy work environment, then punishing your people for it is being a hypocrite.

RuneScape. Always heard about how “grindy” it is. 1 hour in and I think I’m beginning to understand.

I think there’s enough info. Employee put in request. Request denied for biz needs but employee is fired anyways. Boss is a hypocritical asshole.

To me at least, it feels like the air got heavier (even though it’s really getting lighter). That could be followed by your ears popping. Some people like me get joint pain. My wife gets migraines right away with big pressure drops. Atmospheric pressure is a weird thing.

I was searching to see if I could find a rom and was pleasantly surprised to see that Internet Archive had online emulators.

Plot twist. It was their home gym.

Rockstor here. Which is interesting bc I’ve been thinking about setting up another NAS.

That’s what I’ve been running on my gaming machine and it’s been great.

That would make total sense given the time of day. I hadn’t thought about the different make up of a cloud due to altitude.

Been busy but I tried to search on my phone and all I could find was live flight tracking data. Hoping to check on my laptop later tonight.

Makes sense about plasma being short lived. It was just so close to the color I imagine an aurora to be along with the glow. I mentioned in another comment but I’m gonna look at the flight paths near here at that time to see if something comes up.

I’m gonna check out flight paths from yesterday to see if that’s the case. I’m real close to an airport so I wouldn’t doubt that to be the case. It’s more the color it was that threw me off.

I’m not picky about brand but my go to is Rainbow Sherbet (no fruit chunks) on a waffle cone. It’s sweet, refreshing, and idk why but it doesn’t upset my stomach as much as other ice cream.
