Wow, that’s horribly expensive!
Wow, that’s horribly expensive!
Wow, surprised anywhere still offers that. Is it normal for your country or just a particularly good deal for you?
what alternative is there? No one has the same apps
Use any of the alternatives depending on who you need to message. Most of the people I want to message are on Signal and I still have WhatsApp for the rest.
What human being has sent an SMS message in the last decade? Obviously I’m being a bit facetious, but seriously I don’t think I’ve sent a text since mobile internet stopped being pay-per-MB and the only ones I receive are automated.
That blog post explicitly said he didn’t want to make it himself!
That’s what Winlator does, so probably!
My thoughts exactly, it’s much easier and cheaper to make your first game for PC
I remember playing “Pandemic” as a flash game (or similar) many years ago. Plague Inc seemed to basically be the same game, and I think Pandemic the board game is completely unrelated. Not very helpful for your actual question, but I think it explains the search results.
Any running Linux, see !linuxphones@lemmy.ca / !linuxphones@lemmy.ml for more
I don’t run any servers and leccy is expensive, they go off when I’m done using them!
Does matrix have it’s own built-in video/voice group chats now? Last time I checked (several years ago) they were just using Jitsi for groups.
Thanks, I’ll keep an eye on the projects and maybe switch at some point
Same, the dual-boot is there just in case but it gets less and less use as time goes by
Is it stable enough to recommend for non-techy users? Set-and-forget sounds ideal for someone who doesn’t understand (and doesn’t really need to understand) all the updates their machine is doing.
There was a comment thread in one of the Linux communities the other day talking about this mindset. Obviously the comments got a bit rude and unconstructive, but the point is that you can switch to something like bazzite now and most things will work pretty well, but if you’re holding out until it’s perfect then you’ll be waiting forever!
Isn’t bazzite fedora-based? Meaning you use dnf
instead of apt
or pacman
.
How do you have rclone set up? I thought I had it working but it’s turned out to be way more complex than I initially thought!
barring a hardware requirement that I don’t want to fulfill
Basic laptops and phones can play most games from 20 years ago, so hopefully if you’re patient enough you’ll eventually be able to play everything on whatever hardware you already have
My tests always pass! They’ve never failed, that’s how good a programmer I am!
