It was nice to get this on boot yesterday. I immediately set mine to PS1 since you can choose any generation’s theme.
Just a bridgeman doing his thing.

Any soulslike. When the boss movements click in your brain it’s very much a flow state.
Tanks have windshields. They’re just tiny and made of very thick glass.
In this picture the windshield is right below the main gun:
I subscribe to the view that droids are people too. A consciousness is a consciousness.
Well he started early with the violence so it wasn’t unexpected if you ask me.
BG3 is a great example simply because there is so much content you can miss. I’ve put 1300+ hours into it and I still see things I haven’t seen in any prior playthrough. Granted they aren’t large story things or quests anymore but still, even the little stuff adds up.
Have you tried the Star Wars Jedi games? Fallen Order should run fine on your machine and possibly Survivor too but that might be a little much for your rig. \
They’re both wicked fun games that award exploration. I would call them souls-lite not soulslike since they are much easier than something like elden ring or sekiro (that doesn’t mean they are easy though).
I wish antivax idiots would just go visit a third world country. I know it won’t matter to some of them but maybe some would change their views when they see kids dying of diseases that have been eradicated in the US.
Are you thanking the Big Black…Candybar or the British Broadcasting Corporation?
Play Baldur’s Gate 3. It’s enormous. It’s difficult and the turn based combat is something you’ll have to get used to but it’s incredibly fun and deep.
I’ve put 1300 hours into the game because if you get bored you can just start a different character and try the story from their perspective. There are dozens of ways to complete every encounter.
Slackware was my first as well. You really learned Linux using it. I probably rebuilt that drive a dozen times because I’d bork something and it was easier to reinstall than it was to figure out how I broke it in some new novel way.
Also not having a phone to look stuff up and having to rely on looking stuff up in books was hell now that I think of it.
Jeff Winger: “We’re the only species on earth that observes “Shark Week.” Sharks don’t even observe “Shark Week,” but we do. For the same reason I can pick up this pencil, tell you its name is Steve and go like this.”
(Jeff snaps the pencil in two.)
Abed Nadir: “Oh!”
Jeff Winger: “And part of you dies just a little bit on the inside. Because people can connect with anything. We can sympathize with a pencil, we can forgive a shark, and we can give Ben Affleck an Academy Award for screenwriting.”
You don’t have an Aaron’s or Rent-a-center in your town? I’m a millennial and half my formative years were spent on a rent-a-center couch and bed. Half my belongings in my first house were rent to own, now that i think of it. I spent a lot more because of interest and scams but i had zero financial literacy then and i needed furniture. Without a credit card your options were/are limited.
I like park tool products. They always last for me. I’ve never bought their floor pump because i just have a cheap no-name one that won’t die but I definitely want one for my next floor pump.
Topeak is another good brand that I like but again I don’t have a floor pump of theirs just a frame pump. I’ve read a bunch of rave reviews for their floor pump and the guys at GMBN swear by them.
Hexblade and Blade singer here we come!
This is really awesome news.
Well maybe they should get rid of that memo that says they can’t prosecute sitting presidents. That’d be a start at least.
I would suggest a toothpick next time. If you short out the right pins with a needle you can damage your phone.
I know that one letter is silent. So it’s pronounced gome.
He’s not the richest in history. Modern history, sure if you count excluding inflation. But when people like Mansa Musa existed Musk has quite a ways to go. Hell even Carnegie’s wealth eclipsed Musk if you’re talking purchasing power.
I’ve played those and BG3 has much more content. Especially missable content that depends on the choices you make.
