I like TikTok because I get people who are not just American but other demographics and I get to learn about there life’s and culture first hand through them without the annoyance of America giga corporation silencing them. I’m pretty much using TikTok and Lemmy. Lemmy because of ability to have filters and accessibility options. TikTok for the same reason plus much more likely to get videos of creators who are not all about money grabbing and care about LGBTQIA and nerodivergent people genuinely. Haven’t found any other app that does that.

Cut off the corporation news helped me considerably with my mental health. Also cutting out fascist pro Trump people in my life helped a lot.

I feel that. For me it’s more of the more I believe I’m not in this world, not anchored to it. More of thoughts I’m just in a simulation. The better my mental health is. The grounding techniques people use to center them selfs into reality cause me extremely bad panic Attacks. I have to believe this isn’t real or I can’t handle life mentally.

I hate how games say they are so accessible friendly yet are designed to be incredibly difficult. Although I absolutely love it when games let you alter a lot of the game from the start, to make it as easy or hard as you like.

Don’t forget one the best parts. Sleep noises for when you need to sleep but your brain won’t stop firing.

I personally use sleep as android for my wake up alarm when I really need to get up. Has various options that help me. Like forcing me to get out of bed to scan a QR code to dismiss the alarm. Among other great things.
